ACCC Insurance Company (“ACCC”) was declared insolvent and placed into liquidation by the 250th Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas on December 14, 2020, effective December 30, 2020. 

All policyholders should have received notice that their policies are cancelled effective January 29, 2021. ACCC has set up a call center for former policyholders to ask questions or to report claims. The call center is open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time. Please continue to report claims to the call center at 888-823-0888.
